About Us: SRENF
At SRENF, we embrace Somatic Reflections Embracing Natural Fluidity, where movement and creativity come together to heal. Rooted in Odissi dance, theatre, and acting, we use the arts to help people release trauma and connect with their emotions.
Our Approach
Mindful Moves is a fun, holistic way to tap into the body’s natural rhythm. Whether it’s dancing, moving, or simply expressing, we help people from age 6 to 60 move through life with more ease and joy. Perfect for anyone, including neurodivergent individuals, our sessions let you shake off the blues and find freedom in movement.

Mindful Moves is a holistic approach to dance movement therapy that integrates mindfulness practices with expressive movement.
Through guided sessions, participants are invited to explore their emotions, thoughts, and sensations through movement, promoting self-awareness, stress reduction, and emotional regulation.
Mindful Moves emphasizes the connection between mind and body, encouraging individuals to cultivate presence and compassion towards themselves and others
